Our syrup is made with sap gathered from trees that have been protected for generations. Our ancestors saved the sweetest healthy sugar maples to allow us to make only the best maple syrup.
A Family Tradition
Eight generations of our ancestors have gathered sap from the trees here on the east side of the Saddleback hills in southwest Maine. Boiling the sap to remove the water, leaving pure sweetness behind.
